The story follows a lone survivor who washes up on an island after a crash. He discovers a hidden lab where scientists tried to grant super abilities and lost control. Notes and clues reveal how the experiments spread beyond the complex. Every floor hints at what went wrong and why no rescue ever came.
Gameplay mixes fast firefights with light RPG growth. You explore rooms, loot supplies, and unlock doors while watching ammo and health. First person combat is straightforward and tense as you swap between found guns and melee for close calls. Progress comes from careful searching and choosing when to fight or slip past danger.
