The story follows a royal heiress whose peaceful life ends when a demonic sorcerer invades the palace and kidnaps her child. Magnus the godfather saves her, but Prince Henrik becomes stone, and a family curse comes to light. The journey spans a realm of magic, where the heroine crosses forests, halls, and towers to uncover the truth behind the curse and the abductor. The tone draws on Grimm style tales with curious allies and sinister threats.
