Gameplay

The story begins in a small motel where quarantine has left you behind. The fog creeps across town and otherworldly creatures roam the streets. A research team may hold a way out, so you track their trail and push toward the edge of the containment zone. The Fog leans into a bleak atmosphere and a fight to escape.

Gameplay focuses on survival and careful resource use. You search buildings and roads for weapons, ammunition, food, and med kits, then decide how to spend every bullet. Enemies can strike from the mist, so you scout, listen, and move with purpose. The open world lets you choose routes, find clues, and clear paths toward the researchers while trying to stay alive.
